Starknet v0.13.0 has been launched on testnet, introducing two significant aspects: V3 Transactions and Transaction Fee Reduction

This version lays the groundwork for a new transaction version, v3, and enables transaction fee payments in Starknet’s native token, STRK. Users can now pay fees in STRK alongside Ether (ETH). By doing so, Starknet aims to reduce operational costs in L1 gas and promote efficiency. The sequencer will use oracles to determine the accurate rate of STRK/gas.
